What’s the status of my request?

All Communication Requests are automatically put into the “COMM Requests (Being Reviewed)” board. Once approved by our team, they move into the “COMM Requests (Approved)” board. If you see your request in the COMM Requests (Pre-Flight) board, it means that we are awaiting additional details before proceeding with the request. Request Timelines

  • Deadline: 5 weeks out from the due date

    BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR REQUEST

    Make sure that all details are finalized prior to submitting a request.

    Make sure you've allowed adequate time for the communication process to be accomplished.

    Receive proper approval from your ministry leader.

  • Social Media requests should be made no earlier than 7 days in advance.

  • Deadline: 5-7 weeks from the date needed

    BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR REQUEST

    Receive proper approval from your ministry leader.

  • Deadline: 2 weeks

  • Deadline: 8 weeks from the date needed.
